What We Review Before Quotation

A complete RFQ helps us evaluate manufacturability, process selection, material, tooling, production quantity, inspection, documentation, pricing, and lead time with fewer assumptions. Send the information currently available; missing details can be identified during engineering review.

3D CAD File

Provide a STEP, STP, X_T, IGS, SLDPRT, or another usable 3D file format when available. The model should represent the intended formed geometry and current revision.

2D Drawings and Revision Level

Include dimensions, tolerances, datums, GD&T, threads, finishes, critical features, inspection notes, and current revision information.

Material and Application Requirements

Identify the preferred material, grade, condition, approved alternatives, operating environment, loads, temperature, corrosion, wear, or chemical exposure.
