Our 3d Printing  Capabilities

FDM

(Fused Deposition Modeling)

FDM is a widely used 3D printing method known for its affordability and material flexibility. It works by extruding thermoplastic filaments layer by layer, allowing for fast and practical iteration of mechanical parts and enclosures. It’s ideal for early-stage prototyping, jigs and fixtures, and components that don’t require high resolution. A wide range of materials—such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU—are compatible, providing both rigid and flexible part options.

SLS

(Selective Laser Sintering)

SLS uses a high-powered laser to fuse powdered thermoplastics, typically nylon (PA12, PA11, etc.), into robust parts without the need for support structures. It is particularly well-suited for functional prototypes, living hinges, and end-use products with complex geometries or moving parts. SLS parts are durable, chemically resistant, and have isotropic mechanical properties, making them a preferred choice for demanding engineering applications.

MJF

(Multi Jet Fusion)

Multi Jet Fusion produces highly detailed parts with excellent surface finish and consistent mechanical strength across all axes. It utilizes a fusing agent and detailing agent to selectively melt powder material, offering faster production speeds than SLS while maintaining superior resolution. MJF is ideal for small production batches, enclosures, connectors, and assemblies requiring fine detail and repeatable performance. The default material, PA12, can be enhanced with post-processing such as dyeing or smoothing.

SLA

(Stereolithography)

SLA provides the highest resolution among plastic 3D printing technologies by using a UV laser to cure liquid resin layer by layer. It is perfect for parts that require extremely fine detail, smooth surfaces, and tight tolerances—such as presentation models, dental molds, or master patterns for molding. While SLA parts are less suited to mechanical stress, their aesthetic and dimensional qualities are unmatched for visual prototypes and form-fit evaluations.

DLP

(Digital Light Processing)

DLP is similar to SLA but cures resin layers using a digital projector, enabling even faster build times while maintaining excellent detail and accuracy. It is particularly effective for small, intricate parts such as jewelry, miniatures, or microfluidic devices. The cured parts exhibit fine surface detail, sharp edges, and are ideal for precision applications where speed and aesthetics are equally important.

DMLS

(Direct Metal Laser Sintering)

DMLS is a metal 3D printing method that uses a fiber laser to selectively melt metal powder into dense, high-strength components. Materials include aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium, making it an excellent choice for complex industrial parts that require performance under pressure or heat. DMLS is commonly used in tooling, aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors for geometries that are difficult or costly to machine conventionally.

EBM

(Electron Beam Melting)

EBM is a metal additive manufacturing technology that utilizes an electron beam to fully melt metal powder—typically titanium alloys—into functional components layer by layer. It operates in a vacuum, which reduces residual stress and makes it suitable for medical implants and aerospace components where material integrity and biocompatibility are critical. EBM parts often require post-machining and heat treatment, but offer excellent mechanical strength and internal structure control.
